A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer must be submitted to confirm your booking. Then, the final balance is due 14 days before your event, or the full payment is due at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than 14 days before the event.

We now allow self-pick up rental options for our marquee numbers only. Unfortunately, this option is not available for marquee letters.

Depending on the time of year, we are able to offer our services outside of the Vancouver Lower Mainland. However, additional travel fees will apply.

Cancellations are accepted 14 days before the event date for a refund of the balance minus the retainer fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will only receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days before the reservation will not receive any refund.

Marquee letters are giant letters with light bulbs set into them, inspired by old theatre marquee signs. You may also hear them called light-up letters, giant letters, lighted letters or illuminated letters, and a set spelling LOVE is often called a LOVE sign. We rent them in 2ft, 4ft and 5ft sizes, along with light-up numbers and &, # and heart symbols.

Yes, we can switch the light bulbs to colour-changing bulbs on our 2ft and 4ft marquee letters, on request. Ask us when you book.

Unfortunately, we only have white marquee letters that have colour-changing light bulbs.

Yes, you can set up our marquee letters outside in a covered or uncovered area, near a power source. If it starts to rain, you must unplug the letters to prevent damage to them.

The marquee letters require power to turn on. If there is no power nearby, we can rent you a generator to power them.

We do not sell any marquee letters or any of our rental items. Also, we do not disclose any information on where to purchase them.
