When do you set up and pick up the letters?
We deliver and set up before your event, and pick up by midnight, or sometimes the next morning. A 1-day rental runs from 8am to midnight.
Can the letters go outside for the ceremony?
Yes, in a covered or uncovered area near a power source. If it starts to rain, the letters must be unplugged. If there’s no power nearby, we can rent you a generator.
Do you have coloured letters?
Our letters are white. Our 2ft and 4ft letters can be fitted with colour-changing bulbs on request to match your wedding colours.
What do I need to book?
A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer confirm your date. The balance is due 14 days before your wedding.
Do you deliver outside Metro Vancouver?
Delivery covers up to 65 km round trip from our Richmond location. For venues farther away, a travel fee is added to your quote.
